We will help you regulate your nervous system and process emotion through somatic experiencing, breathwork, and meditation. We will talk about the brain and how it functions and works to regulate (or dysregulate) the nervous system so that you can self-soothe more easily.
Furthermore, we will form a relationship where you feel comfortable exploring the most intimate parts of yourself and healing wounds left unattended.
