Your child is struggling, and you are lost.

While questioning your approach and asking friends or family, you feel like you are grasping for straws when your child is struggling.

Nothing makes a difference, and discipline also does not work. It only creates anger and frustration, making a challenging situation worse.

Scrolling through Instagram and TikTok does not help. Images of perfect parenting or vignettes that do not match your child’s needs play one right after another.

Although something must change, guilt, frustration, and shame soon wash over you, leaving you feeling lost and alone. You think, “Wouldn’t it be great to find some peace for me and my child?”

Coaching can help you find that peace.

Our coaching sessions will first diagnose where an issue arises that is out of your awareness.

We will work as a team to understand what is going on so that you may receive some clarity about how to manage parenting. You will learn strategies that help minimize conflict and create a positive connection with your child.

We will also work individually to understand the most difficult parts of parenting and why.

You can feel connected to your child again.

Parenting is challenging, and you do not have to do it alone. In our work, I will get to know you and your history and determine what is triggering you and why. We will then give you the conscious awareness to approach triggers from your child as your most adult and loving self.

You will learn about the brain and your child’s developmental stage and the appropriate and beneficial tools.

We will also have sessions with you and your child to facilitate connection and repair in addition to individual sessions.

Through our work together, you will feel well-equipped and supported. In addition, you will have a steady partner in me, cheering you on and problem-solving how to best help you and your family.
